As a reminder, according to our 2021–2024 Collective Bargaining Agreement (Article X – Teaching Supplies), receipts for reimbursement must be submitted to your school’s account clerk no later than Wednesday, April 30, 2025.
Below are the relevant guidelines from the contract:
- Teachers shall be reimbursed $100.00 per semester for teaching materials or registration fees for pre-approved conferences/workshops, including sales tax.
- Any unused allocation from the 1st semester may be carried over and used during the 2nd semester.
- Reimbursement shall be processed promptly, but no later than 20 workdays following submission, provided all receipts and documentation are complete.
- Receipts must be submitted by the last business day of April in the year the reimbursement is claimed.
